Have to admit, although it sounds a lot a full detail from a full time detailer will cost that sort of money.

True, but would you need either a new unblemished car or a full detail before the treatment is done?

Surely just polishing a turd is no good, you would need good paintwork first or do they do that too in the price? If so, that fours make sense. :D

The price I paid is for new car treatment.

For older car treatments, the price will be different.

Most even very faded paintwork can be corrected to a new condition. Only deep scratches are an issue really but even then wet sanding can reap huge rewards.

I believe the Protech treatment will be done with a full detail prior within the price they quite to ensure the paintwork is in as good a condition as can be.

Getting cheaper by the day with the Euro collapsing  ::)

I'll wait till it hits the equivalent of £250 and then go for it. Shouldn't be too much longer with the way things are going...lol

Thanks for the comments guys, will add pics of the M3 too.

Haven't washed the X5 yet might do it this weekend, since hosepipe ban has been lifted here.

Going to get the X5 detailed when summer arrives, will post put some pics once done.
