£60 p/hr is about right for my Indy too but my general garage who has an X5 and know his stuff is £35 an hour

Here's an off the wall one
I had very similar problems to this some while back,,,sort of just crept up then bang wobble wobble until a reasonable speed
The disc surface looked odd and I was getting an unswept line appearing.Bit the bullet and swapped both discs and pads from pagids from ECP,,,,no wobble anymore
now was it a warped disc or jamming pads,,,who knows. Corrosion was evident on the face and the pad was not worn flat
Meticulous (and mean meticulous) cleaning of the brake parts including the slider bit may have put the problem right...but I'll never know...but the problem went for around £120 ish. Would a parts clean of the brakes on their own put it right if the discs not obviously looking wrong.....dunno....tis but elbow grease
