No chat agenda as a neighbour, albeit I will probably be percieved as friendlier than someone with electric gates CCTV & a shotgun

Completed this morning & now have keys......

Wife & myself have just been around to the property.

Still feels weird to own again especially after 3.5 yrs renting.

The house will keep us busy but it seems solid & it's ours.

Now I just need to sort out a little bit of packing & a few boxes
