it made a huge change on the sound. i did adjust the amp a little bit but still not quite there yet. i need another person to get it the way i want it. my only issue right now if that my sub speaker sticks out slightly so when i close the cover it bounces against the cover and rattles so i keep that open for not till i figure out to make it fit flushed. also another thing i noticed that if i turn it up a little more than usual that the fuel door rattles so i need to make that a little tighter to stop rattling. other than i love the way it sounds. i now reliaze what a difference the subwoofer makes.
the gearbox update is a software update that jason did for me. it was supposed to help with the lurching i have been experiencing recently but after the software update and the gearbox flush i did not see much of a change on the lurching issue. on the software itself i believe Jason would be the person to explain.
Did you fix the enclosure in place to the oem sub bracket like in my sale thread......this helps secure it better

I don't suppose by any slim, small chance any of those sub enclosures are still available?

Jeez Mitch, you'll have to knock up another batch over Christmas at this rate.
Certainly makes a world of difference to the sound, def recommended.

Just as a follow up thought.....
When I fitted my amp, I didn't want to fix it where they show you on the YouTube vids, so I did a bit of re-shuffling and moved the Bluetooth module up under the SatNav DVD and fitted the amp back to back with the OE amp. I then modified the plastic support piece to fit around the amp to allow the boot floor to rest as it should on it's support.
I ran the main power from the battery like so (below), which leaves an accessible fuse, but discrete cabling.
Just how I did it but may give someone else food for thought.

i did not have to secure it with anything.once i put all the pieces around the box i twas rock solid in there. but i do need to figure out a way to put the sub speaker flushed with the box as opposed to sticking out a little bit or make a hole on the side cover and but a grill on it this wat the speaker moves freely in there. if i close the cover now the speaker rattles just because it is not moving freely. once i feel a little bit better i can go back and see what i can do to make it better. for now it sounds great and am very happy with it. i still have to install my HIDs and the LED bulbs.

i could not wait and installed the led lights for the interior and the reg lighting. i have two more small bulbs which i think replaces the lights on the exterior mirrors. Any idea how to get to them?
every single light inside car has been replaced with bright white leds and i am liking it.. Yes i know i need to post pics but they will come later.

Modding is like a drug - it always wins...
Puddle lights will have to have the door mirror covers off - I need a link buddy. Where and which did you get? They're my last two to sort...
