Looks like it screws together did you try screwing it back into the part that is left in there.

I did mate, however limited room / as the fittings for the injector mount gets in way so we are unable to twist it

Left it soaking in diesel over night, going to attempt with a few removing tools tomorrow
Not had the best of luck lately
Guess that was what the bang was all about

Crank it over it will come out ! Put something over it to stop it leaving a hole in the bonnet though as it goes into orbit
![ROFL ](./images/smilies/smilie_roflmao2.gif)
I'm serious the compression.pressure should shift it
![Thumbs Up ](./images/smilies/smilie_thumbsup.gif)
all you want to do is jar it loose .
Disclaimer "at own risk " and as long as there is nothing small enough to get into the cylinder

Done that already, bottom part still firmly in there
Pic for attention showing new injector so you can understand what’s stuck

That being the case you need to screw it back on again and get a slide hammer that screws on the top to remove it
![Thumbs Up ](./images/smilies/smilie_thumbsup.gif)
Its carbon build up holding it in .
Im not sure what the thread is but something like this ( I dunno if this is correct one )

I’ve got the full injector pulling kit .
However I think half the issue was ( the injector did go bang ) which makes me think that it’s blew the threads away and got worse over time, hence the reasons that bit stuck, I’ve got a pal who breaks these cars who’s trying to find a bolt or something that will thread onto it as a last resort, or not I’ll have a pro out to remove it one of them things it’s been left sitting in carb cleaner over night gonna try again in morning, if not going to try some good old mr muscle. If that don’t work I’ll have to pay someone to remove it

Good luck and keep us in the loop will you.
Would have thought cranking it over would have shot it out.

I'd dunno if those 2 studs for injector mount will unscrew to let you in a bit more ,with the injector body to screw it on more try locking 2 nuts together on them then unscrew .

They won’t already tried. Also threads probs broke on injector in first place

I watched this video it was impressive how they got the last injector out after it sheared in half due to being rusted in. If you can get a bolt to screw into that thread on the lower half you should have a decent chance of getting it out with the slide hammer tool , even buy the correct tap to recut the thread .
Other than that you need a pro to have a look usually its the body that sticks once its free it comes out easy enough , no idea how those 2 could separate unless its split somehow
After all the carb cleaner id give it another go on the starter just incase its ready to go now

Good evening everyone
Update !
So I tried everything possible to remove it. Ended up calling in the pros.
Finally out new injector is in coded and running perfectly
I do have a random question
So I know it don’t need the glow plugs cause of temp but I’ve replaced them all with new Bosch month or so back, and a new relay. However codes still coming up perm for them any fix for that ? Bad ground ?
Thanks for everyone’s input tho she’s back on road now to fit my android radio
