Cheers bud I would prefer to complete the job with all oem parts if possible

so I put the wheels on and fitted the rear lip. Will get it sprayed when the front bumper arrives

Getting the wheels done a dark gunmetal. It really does need those 30mm springs too.

p.s. huge thanks tto Jim for the wheels :)

Looking good, the rear spoiler makes a huge difference..

Could you do some before and after photos when you lower it..

Quick wheel question, I've just taken it for its first run after fitting the wheels, the tyre pressure light came on red (obv due to no sensors in these wheels).  I reset it by holding the button for 8 secs before starting the car.  Will this be enough to keep the light off, or am i gonna have to buy 4 sensors?

it did the same to mine the first time i drove it with 20" on the never came on again after the reset button, when i fitted my 17" winter wheels it came on again once then never came on again either after i reset it.., i dont think OE wheels have sensors on the e53 from what i am led to believe

Some V8s do.  The 3.0d doesn't as it uses the ABS system to monitor the rotation speed and calculate a pressure drop.

Guys, I've now let the suspension settle and the on level ground I'm almost happy with the ride height as is. I think 30 mm springs might be a bit too much.  Don't suppose anyone can tell me if using the full front shocker from a 4.8is (or even 4.6is) would give a small drop of maybe 10mm or so. It's just lookin at pics of stock 4.8 it looks just right height wise. Thanks
