Could do.
Are you able to split it and bring it along when we meet?
If so, pm me how much I owe and I'll settle up then if that's ok?
Thanks

It was £75.50 for the full bag delivered. You need 10.5 kg for a refill so if I give you half a bag when I see you in a couple of weeks for 50% of the cost?
The next half bag would give you then a total of 3 refills.
Normally, I would store the stuff but as it goes off I think it is too risky and would prefer to share a bag.

No defined time scale, but frost kills it stone dead.
I would rather buy a fresh load every six months and split it than sit on a bag for a year.

The savings of £3 for multiple bags also does not seem worth it as the delivery has to go to the same address.

I know this is a really old thread now, but what resin is everybody now using (assuming that you still use your DI)?
Mine hasn’t been used for many moons as I started storing rainwater and using that (no dissolved salts) instead. Unfortunately stocks are a bit low so I’m exploring going back to the DI.

Tulsion MB 115 virgin mixed bed resin is the best on the market, other stuff burns through too quickly

Yes it varies a bit depending on stock levels it seems , we always seem to be around £70-80 + vat at work, you could buy a 5L bag from somewhere like
www.thecleaningwarehouse.co.uk or get one of the Unger Hydropower DI refills from the window cleaning centre in Ipswich - that’ll be about £30 - I would imagine a 25L bag would last most people a lifetime for occasional car washing!
