Well after a couple of months trying to get some of this "support" from Andrive that persuaded me to buy one in the first place, I resorted to a rather snotty letter threatening the small claims court. Low and behold, within a few days the refund which was due in July has been made, but still no sign of any "support".
Personally, I think its a pretty poor show from Andrive - not providing any documentation with the original purchase (I'm referring to instructions etc.. rather than purchase paperwork), and not responding to enquiries for the inevitable help that is thus required. I'm still left with a £40 Torque unit that I can't connect to the system, a clock that is always out (on the Android side), a mic that basically useless, radio reception that is hit and miss (the website doesn't refer to any mods required for FM radio) and various other niggles that I'd probably live with if I was a happy customer...
