Pig Urea!  All EU6 diesels have to use it, as do a lot of fairly new HGVs.

Guys,

I am sure this may have been covered but just to confirm I bought a 10L container of AdBlu from the local Shell station, I simply connected the funnel supplied with the container, very similar to the classic petrol can tube.

I needed to 'wiggle' the tube a little to allow the air to get in to allow the liquid to empty from the container, I assume that's what the smaller bottles do with the more complicated looking valve system.

no need to create funnels or do anything else...

again I am sure its been covered but the guy on the forecourt who offered to help me reminded me that if you spill this stuff it can stain concrete as it has a chemical reaction, he suggested quite rightly do it on our forecourt or in some car park to be safe  ;)

Job Done....

Jason, exactly what I have been doing, piece of cake eh? How much did you pay for your 10  litre container out of interest?

Very easy to do and I think really cheap from the Shell Station, £13.49 for the 10L container...

Yeah that's about right...I wonder how many multiples BMW would take for doing it?
