I got 4x Hankook Ventus ST from Blackcircles for about £600 - they are specifically 4x4 tyres. They didn't show up for the X5 as they have a higher speed rating than the standard tyres so I had to manually choose them.
They've been great, no complaints, a bit quieter than the expensive Michelin's too.

Both mine and the wife's have these.... the hankook ventos rho6. I liked the grabbers I had before but the wear rate was at best average. It had yokohamas on before that...and they were terrific in the dry....but wore even faster than the grabbers.
The RH06 have lasted quite well....especially at the back. They do seem to pick up stones a little too easily than the grabbers but then I do go down unmade roads at weekends
Think the grabbers looked prettier but the wear rate cost me big time doing 50 miles a day. Fancied the toyos but I guess the wear would have been as bad.

Yep I think they are wearing more evenly than the Turanza ER30's which I had on there before. Noticed a few days ago when I went to check the pressures after a motorway run that they get quite warm - more than the rear of my CBR, don't know if that's good or bad really :noexpression:
