Yes that makes sense, but if I was selling such expensive cars, I would employ a detailer to ensure the new cars were the dogs nuts.  What are we talking here for detailing a new car? £100-150, I would even suggest a detailer doing a deal with the dealer to get his name out their to those that don't appreciate just what a detailer can do.

Umm £600!
William Ceramic coating and then swissvax

£600 on a new car.  I would need to see a before and after comparison that would have to be out of this world to justify that.

You can't see it as such always as it is about the protection as well.

My M for example has not got a single swirlmark on it thanks to it.

Popped in today after having spotted my new car driving the other way!

Roadtest to set things up (yeah right).  Grabbed a couple of pics and also spied the P1 sitting opposite (they do the servicing on McLarens there too - there was a line of orange ones outside).

Million Euros anyone??

We decided he was a footballer.

Alternatively, we could stalk his name now from his photoalbum  :))

Hardy har har. The cheap one with the weedy 521hp lump.
It's the driver's car of the range according to top gear and others. The W12 is too heavy.
Now stop bullying me <sob>
