Brilliant if you live in Spain, or if you reverse straight after washing before travelling forwards anywhere.

In this weather, half an hour's drive is enough to obscure the lens enough for it to be useless.

I've owned the X for a year now, including winters conditions/night time driving etc and never had an issue.

Granted picture isn't always crystal clear but sufficient to see potential obstacles.

The HD cameras will make things better.

I have the reversing camera with top view, I think it is great, although I do agree the camera lenses get dirty quickly, especially in winter.

[/quote]Maybe I should have said HD screens! Was chauffeured in a Toyota Crown recently and the reversing camera was brilliant - even in the dark. Picture was crystal clear and it had a HD screen fitted.

you must drive it too slow then, mine have always got dirty quickly
