Where did you find the wheel pegs from?
The sheer weight of lifting the wheel up to the hub is a killer for me with the 20" wheels, wrecked my back last time and it still gives me grief, Need to change to the winters again in the next month and not looking forward to it.

I got my jacking pad adapter and lug bolt guide from
Reverse Logic in the USA. There may be other suppliers now. Just fits where one bolt goes, slide the wheel over it and away you go.
I did have to pay VAT on the import though.

You can make the job of mounting wheels easier with a couple of planks / floorboards or a large tyre lever in a see saw fashion . Easiest to lift your end of the see saw rather than lever it down .

I like the look of the lug guides. What size do I need for an E70? Did you go stainless
Or what material?
How long do they take to come and how do you go about paying the VAT?

I got my wheel alignment pegs from the US too on ebay, the thread size is M14 x 1.25. Its the same thread as BMW mini but looked all over in Uk and couldn't get them here. That was last year so they may be easier to source now.
They are alloy construction

Mine is as above, an Aluminium Alloy which I think is an aircraft grade so a bit tougher than usual ali.

Now selling the wheel lug tool mentioned above. Bought from USA and never used as sold my winter wheels and also am close to selling the X5! Beautifully made bit of kit in stainless steel.
Selling for £10 posted. PM me if interested as may not see the post. Cost me about £16 incl carriage from USA and still brand new in its storage tube.
