Superb car & hopefully one that will kep you happy for a while.

Is the P38 finally going then ?
I've finally got around to putting the cherished plate on retention, got the paperwork back and ordered and received new plates for it.....so I can't think of many reasons why I should still keep it!! As my contract in the South East is drawing to a close its going to get very full up the driveway....and thats really the deciding factor!!! I've started putting an ad together between everything else I have to do, and I've got some decent pics, so in a week or so.......
I'm sure it will pain you to part but it makes sense.

I have dedicated leather conditioner from http://www.protechleiden.nl/?gclid=CLKv ... lAodvCi-_g . Not sure you can get it here though, but it leaves a lovely dull finish on my nappa in the M.

I've used Gliptone on my old car and its great stuff. The bottle went missing last year so needed a new cleaner. I would recommend Gliptone but if you would like a alternative which is on par for this cleaning and moisturising properties then have a look at "Simoniz Leather Care Cream". I bought mine in Halfords but noticed it in Tescos recently also.

Here is a link to reviews on the product. I have used this on both of my Exclusive nappa X5's and this product taken the grime off and made the leather really soft again.

I really hope that isn't pictured in your car with the leather like that :D

I have also heard good reports from another forum of the Gliptone. Try and have a search on Google or suppliers on Detailing World for good prices.

Nice car ;)

Will be interesting to hear your views on the gearbox. Mine used to be clunky between 4th and 5th and drive me bonkers!

Other than that a great car, even after 35000 or so miles in a year  and a huge petrol bill (not to mention my relationship with the local Shell garage!) I was fond of the car.

I've got pics somewhere I'll post when I get a chance.
