I'd stay away from a dog guard as they don't protect the car enough for my liking.

We have a custom built dog box like this one, if you do a search in your local area there is always someone who makes them. our guy makes them for the local police dog handlers.

They are very strong and easy to hose down plus all the dog hair and much is contained in the box.

The wheels are 20" M Double-spoke style 333M alloys. I've got them on mine; they look great but the ride if much more comfortable on my 19" winter set. Great car btw - congratulations and welcome!
