Rather average wash of the car......was only a fiver though.

They charged you to wash the car?!  BMW Battersea (servicing arm of Park Lane) wash it for free whenever it goes in - and surprisingly their hourly rate is the lowest in the London area ("subsidised" as they put it by BMW UK who they're owned by). Still blo*dy expensive so I take that so called 'subsidy' with a pinch of salt!

Mine was washed free too! I thought that was part of the customer service.
People buy horsepower but drive torque!
