either way checking voltage on pin 1 should tell you whether the switch on signal is coming to the webo or not..

I have this evening Moved the reciver and re installed the telestart. Also cheked PIN1. It gets +12v each time I press the T91 "on" button. But, when pressing the flame button on the Webasto display I only get +10volt at PIN1.

They share the same supply in the trunk, and both are hooked up on the same wire that ends in PIN1.

I also did a total reset of the Webo, so I will se if I have a warm car in the morning.....

Probably pointless, but have you tried disconnecting the manual timer, and trying it with only the T91?

Cold car this morning  >:( Try to startet with the T91 aprx. 20 min before I should start.
When I was standing outside the car, and pushed the "of" button on the T91, the illumination around the shiftstick lightende up, and when i pressed "on" agian the Webo started.

So, both the T91 and the timer speaks, but the Webo don`t listen, untill one, ore more computerts in the car wakes up. Because, last eveing at 3 different occasions the Webo started on the first press on the "on" button.

Something goes "To sleep" when the car is parked for a long time. I must ad that I have had MID-display out of the car at the end of december.

My conclusion (which may be wrong..) is that the Webo is Ok. Its very sensitive for low fuel, so the next is a rebulid of the fuel supply. The T91 is also OK, and the Webasto timer is OK. But for some reason the comunication on the K-bus net goes down due to, something

you're right on teh car goig to sleep - happens after about 15 minutes of inactivity.

you're right to judge whether it is asleep or not by the orange light  on the gear shift too.

but if u read thru the bmw service manual i sent u sometime back (i sent this to u right?), webo is supposed to wake up the car by issuing a k-bus command. so you shouldn't have to give 2 commands.  ???

re. fuel, as per the manual (plus experience), should work unless the fuel light is on. i've seen you saying less than 20L before webo doesn't work? that sounds like a lot and webo should work i think.

Yes, I`ve read the whole thing - twice or more. But it seems like the comunications goes down. This was not a problem earlier. The Webo works correctley when starting teh engine, and before the var goes to sleep.

So the timer have no value, because the webo don`t respond. I have pixel trouble on the MID-unit, so I have not yeat tryed  the BMW timer.

Re. fuel. The service manual you sendt me also say something about this, and that it is aproblem. So I think I will follow the recomendation and extract the pipe in the tank. I gues this is located under the rear seats?

My drive is slightly sloped, and my webasto has worked with next to no fuel (but not in reserve)
