Got to love and appreciate the sound of a TVR, more so on a TVR track day, with the roof down......

A cold running M engine is a treasure to the ears as well  :)

Sounds much better cold than hot, strange really.

[/quote]Its a real shame that TVRs let you down so often because they look & sound great & give a great driving experience, you just have to embrace it when they work!!

I was in a que of traffice to day when an M6 came up alongside me, wound the windown down and turned the music off.

What a lovey sound.

Does anyone else do that :-[

I often lower the window to listen to a nice high capacity engine if it overtakes me, i just appreciate the sound of plenty of cylinders  8)

See this may turn into a TVR thread, next door has a Chimera with a very dodgy roof but used daily and is now on 100k plus miles. He's just trooped off to mid FRANCE without batting an eye lid....yes he's brave or stupid......for the sake of neighbourly relations I'll say brave!
