Mine came with no badges and I've just put an X5 badge on the back as I also thought it was a bit plain. Bought the first one from a Fleabay seller called 'Genuine Parts Online' which sort of suggested it was genuine. It was in fact a load of tat, so went back. They refunded, but have refused to refund postage, so neg to be left shortly.

Bought an OE one from stealer for £14.

Yours is positively understated in comparison!!  Was just about to say how awful I thought the "sport" looked when you posted that link to those errr, aftermarket specials :)    Wise move to prevent a ban on grounds of defacing a perfectly good X!!! :)

Now that is a good looking car, and has it got two tone leather or is it my eyes? Although if it does have two tone leather its identical bar the wheels to my new x5 which i am picking up this afternoon.

Very clean buddy, very clean indeed.

Agree with the sport badge though but as said each to their own.

I normally debadge and have done on all my previous motors but I left the X5 badge on the rear but it's gloss black so is more subtle.

Perhaps it's time for us IL6 owners to put '24V' on the back again.......and then have to explain it's not the battery volts as I had to tell a former (blonde) girlfriend when we were following a Vauxhall Senator once.....
