I don't know how the tolerances work.  If approved to 700Nm, does this include sensible headroom ie it could easily cope with 750Nm (say), or is that the max that is sensibly advised ie going for 750Nm carries risk of overloading the transmission.  I'm assuming the latter given Jason's recommended torque level.

We have tested a few friends car with over 750 nm
With no problems

What maps do you have available for the E53 Diesel?

I'd like to know as well, currently runing E53 with TDI tuning box. Seems to give the increased power, but does smoke a bit when booting it, but I quite like that when you've got a boy racer right behind you. Not only do you leave him behind, but also in a cloud of smoke. Its a bit of a tale tale though if the cops are about. What would a re-map give over the tuning box? Would it be worth it?

The tuning box you are using can't add any more air

Diesel boxes raise the fuel pressure to add more fuel
Do you know what diesel pressure your pump is now running at the max now?

What MPG are you seeing with the re-map on the 3.5sd?  I'm getting around 25-27mpg on the factory tune.  2009, 3.5SD 35,000 miles, mixture of local country roads and dual carriage ways.

I am probably going to use Jason for our remap on our E70, just need to find the time to fit my spare DPF that has no dpf blocks in it before the trip up to him :)
