Ping is the 'round trip time' in milliseconds of a 'hello' packet and should be as low as possible. 49ms is OK, over 100ms and you need to keep an eye on it. That time will vary with time of day. Middle speed is your incoming data rate and for normal Internet will depend upon what Orange told you would be your expected speed. The final figure is your 'send' or outbound rate. Your rate is a bit low at 0.22.
First figure needs to be low to be good, and the next two, the higher the better.
All the figures will depend upon your distance from your local exchange. The further away you get and your ping time will rise and the lower the 2nd & 3rd figures will get. Looking at your data I would guess you are on a standard 'up to 8MB' type system which will give a max of 8MB inbound and 0.51 outbound - not that many people actually get that!
My figures on WiFi were 36ms, 4.09MB, 0.36MB on a link reported by my ISP to give me 5.5MB inbound and 0.44MB outbound. I get slightly better figures via the PC.
Does that help?

You get a lot better than I do!
3.1 down, 0.37 up.

And annoyingly mine connects to the BT Exchange at 7.6 and 0.44. Limited for 'quality reasons' to 5.5 and 0.44! Roll on fibre!
