Seriously shop around before you decide. The once I mentioned above was same age, less mileage, facelift alloys and angel eyes for £500 more and that's without further negotiation. As someone else mentioned before if the one your looking at has had water in the boot causing the current issues then the other control modules could be rotting away and end up costing a fortune.
You will find the right car at the right price.
