Camera needs a screen...I have no screen ,,,and night vison cameras are a tad pricey

I'm sure there is position legislation for certain lights....in fact I was watching (again) a car is born undergoing an SVA test....no mention was made of reversing lights but then it's an edited show

hmmm, to keep within the law then, if your thinking of fitting fog type reverse lamps, it might be wiser to fit them independent of the cars reverse lights, and fit a toggle switch to turn then on only when required ie, down dark unlit areas.

Yeah and mines always dirty! Reckon it would be hard to see through mud!!
Perhaps my lights just need cleaning lol...

We can fix the screen issue as I have one you can purchase.....

It starts to get messy then I suppose as there's always the risk (as per some waggons ) leaving it on. Plus to be within the law you need an indicator up front to tell you it's on...I think

I doubt plod actually knows there should be only 2. The current plan (if I find the right type of lights) is to wire them through a relay so they can never be left on when going forward. Bung an accesable fuse in line in the rear to disable if required

yep, relay is what i'd do. if the max wattage is regulatory MOT guys might not like extra lights flashing on their eyes when testing reverse lights. best to bung a toggle switch next to that fuse as well. so that u can knock it off when not in need.

well if you can supply...and fit...and add/fit a camera for the price of two cheap (£30)halogen fog lights then you've got a deal ....even better if you threw blu tooth in
