Nujon, yes I tested it that morning. 4.5C in the morning and the litle exhaust was blowing out warm air.

Hi nujon, mine would fire up on a realy cold morning as well before it was enabled on th OBC, if you put a live wire to pin 1 on the heater and it fires up and runs, then while its running you check your water header tank you should see the water returning if you do you should then get it enabled on the OBC thats all i did, and now mine works fine,
Time for me to set my timer ready for work tomorrow lovely warm car at 04.30, 8-)

See mine doesn't return to the header tank when the engine is off and webasto is running. Webasto works perfectly when engine is running and below a certain temperature as intended. Can you get me detailed photos of all the pipe work to and from your webasto if you get a chance please. Where in Manchester are you?

Mine also claims to be a Z on the front, but the sticker on the side is a C, so you need to look at both.

After posting how to do this with 1.4.0 earlier and all the talk about the webastos i thought i would check mine tonight to make sure all is ok for when the cold stuff comes ;)
And from the comfort of my sofa i pressed the remote and hey presto 25 - 30 mins later the webasto id still going flat out and the cabin area is warmed up :D :D :D
