Help paring iPhone 4 with Bluetooth

Maybe a daft answer but have you tried deleting all the phones that are paired 1st. Maybe the BT has reached it's maximum of 4 I think hence can't pair any others.

I'll have to check the BT box tonight and lets see what pass key it displays.

RIght lads,

I took on the mammoth task of removing the blue tooth box and cleaning the connectors, all seems to be connected and no signs of corrosion. Put it all back together and still no joy. I'm Bluetoothless!!

did you check the pass key on the box itself was the same as the one you have been using.

Passkey is the same, there was a 5 AMP fuse missing in the panel No. 75 which I think is for BT and might have caused the problem, I just need to get spare time to attempt pairing again.
