Buy the one with the longest warranty mate 
Impossible to advise which car to buy without seeing the cars & paperwork.
Assuming all is good condition, history & spec wise then buy what you genuinely want & like.
Ideally aim to buy for what you could easily sell for again within the following week.
Warranty & consumer rights can mean very little on a motor trade purchase if seller &/or warrantry provider won't play ball.
