I do like that one Penny.

I know that in the past, employers I have conducted interviews for and have dealt with (engineering also) have only wanted a nominal 2 page CV. That way you cut the crap, making it concise and to the point leaving very little scope for BS and embellishment.

Just my twopeneth worth.
