Here you go…..if I’m reading this right then it’s ideally a max of 2mm with tolerance up to 3mm except on XDrive cars. We have a limit of 2mm max :!:

I’ve never managed to get a set to last four years so will never have oldest > youngest that far apart. I’ve always had to change them as a set, and that’s expensive if a non-repairable puncture etc happens

Great thanks for that info, I'll also see if I can get any official from Lloyds BMW when I visit later in the week to give a definitive answer to confirm or change the above. My worst difference 1.5mm so just about OK.

Crazy when you think one puncture and you could end up with a bill for £1400 to £1600 with otherwise perfectly serviceable tyres on the other three wheels!!

Hope you new car is everything you expect, and that you enjoy it as much as we enjoy ours, except for a few foibles like the above

Sorry another question..when I buy this car it comes with a 90 day warranty ...I'm expecting a hard sell for gap insurance, paint protect etc...
I'm interested in gap but I know it's cheaper outside (already got the quotes) but how about the warranty, I checked out BMW and it's very expensive as it's lapsed cover, I believe the place I am buying from uses The Warranty is administered by Olympic Warranties Limited.
Any one had any experience of them worth extending past the 90 days or can anyone recommend someone?
Cheers
