Are you doing short journeys by any chance? Daily short runs won’t put the charge back in. It needs about 20 mins of running above idle just to put the starting charge back. A few of us have been caught out by the short journey monster! It also prevents the DPF from regenerating as that needs to be fully warmed up and then the car used at a steady speed (>40mph or 2,000rpm) for around 20 minutes too.

last year car wasnt driven much but currently 1 hour round trips in morning and 1 hour in afternoon, i do take once a month for motorway run at least to regenerate.
On battery update, good people at Tayna happily agreed to return the battery and will get the AGM version now.
