They are a really nice touch. Very E46 style LEDs. After having the LCI rear lights on the 530d and M5 I do really prefer the more updated look.

Another reason to go for them - take a couple of years off the car...

Cheers Raj, do you know what wheels are on the 7 Series as they look like they have a deeper dish to them?

He says that the Phantoms are a 20 offset, is this negative offset or is it positive? I'm trying to work out what the limits are before the wheels begin to scrub...

Could you PM the price he paid for the lowering arms?

Phil and the boys at SCR emailed a few pics of the work in progress.

Hopefully the shell will be painted fairly soon then onto the mouldings, etc.









They really are doing it all properly and customer service wise can't fault them as they are in regular contact regarding everything.

Hopefully Chris at Posh Leathers will email me some pics too of how he is getting on....mmmm

Wow, really wasn't expecting a full respray job! I thought maybe just painting the black trims and the arch extensions!

Looks like they are really taking care though! Keep the pics coming...

Tbh, it wasn't my initial intention to do pretty much the whole thing but the front end needed to be done and the ding in the rear door as you can see plus a small chip on the otherside. But as you need to blow into the other areas surrounding to blend the paint it just started to make more sense to do the lot.....lol, well that's how it played out in my mind anyway...

Are the black plastic bits going the same way as Westside (black gloss, was it)?

Bet you've thought about the interior plastic bits too, got anything in mind for them?

Lol Bro. No probs with all the questions.

I am sticking with LeMans as I really like the colour especially against the Champagne interior. As for the arch extensions, etc I'm actually going with a bit of a mix so not all gloss black. Interior bits already sorted as I have a nice box sat at home in waiting.....lol.

Hopefully get it back next week but I'm in no rush as I've also started house modding and the dust is ridiculous....

Good choice to stick with the Le Mans.

I can understand the dust thing fully, my house was like that most of the time last year! Took everything back to brick and had the house plastered from top to bottom... then spent a fortune on little bits for it while the missus spent a fortune on the bigger bits - Sofa and Bedroom Furniture etc.

Not finished yet either and coming up for £60k in 12 months!
