I guess the vacuum leak was at the reservoir for turbo actuator so turbo was being opened and closed and chattering causing rough running .
Possibly Smooth running controller for your other issue ? its when injectors are not balanced due to one or more having too much leakoff :D

Ok so my excitement was partially short lived. I did fix the vacuum leak and car is much lore responsive but now struggling with potential misfire. Getting intermittent code: 4B10. Launched my ISTA+ to read the codes and run diagnostic procedures. As I get ready the car shakes a bit and you can hear engine working irregularly. As I’m about to initiate the test it evens out. But as the tester I showing me live correction quantities data per cylinder I’ve raced it up slightly and as it came down to idle cylinder two was showing quantity of 5.0 where 4.0 is max.

So now I need some help and advice guys. Do I replace the injector or run soMe injector cleaner first (if so which one do you recommend? I was thinking of giving seafoam a try) or do I do something else?!

Thanks!

Possibly # 2 injector needs a recon or replacement, check all your charge pipes to the turbo for cracks etc and also around the sensor for a leak.

I believe Bosch service centers can check and re condition BMW diesel injectors., if not there are other companies that do it. Just use google to find your nearest one.
