Basically they are getting rid of them ,a few winters were mild so they didn't get used or the car is sold and they are gathering dust !
Even some new tyres can be 2 years after manufacture if they are a slow seller.
Plenty of people who just put what they paid for them 5 years ago regardless ,they won't sell ,plenty of alloy sellers looking 400 quid for a single alloy too ...dream on
