I have digi tuner but always select analogue channels as they always work not great pic but watchable.
I heard a rumour that once analogue goes off the digital signal will also get boosted can anyway vouch for that or is it rubbish?
When the digital works it's pretty sweet just a little rare.

Around here digital pic is getting better as smaller booster masts are being switched over to digital. Confirmed to me by a dude working on it( or he could of been lying
)
Random question sorry to hijack but when I tune my digital it goes from channel 13 to 21, is this normal??

Did mine myself but you need:
1. A Slim PS2 of a specific model type with the original memory card
2. The media software
3. The PS2 remote with the green reset button (top right)
4. An infra red extender
5. A PS power supply for the car (I chose the cigarette adaptor type)
6. A hard drive caddy with the hard drive size of your choice. I used a 100Gb - bigger means possibly needing two USB ports to power it.
7. The RCA (video) lead which comes out the back of the PS2 - this needs to be fed into the car
All this needs power - which I can advise on and Audio/Video being fed into the car. I used the centre console switch and spliced into that.
Let me know if you're still willing to try it out - Jig is overdue doing a How To on it which will help make things clearer.
Complicated at first glance but if I can do it - you can!

ok, so I got the TV working ok, but ........
I can view it perfectly from the drivers seat but from the passengers seat its almost impossible to view (all the colurs are distoreted and screen is blurred). I am guessing that the screen is slightly angled towards the driver in some way ? Can this be changed/adjusted ?
Thanks

you should be able to see it clearly from the passenger side aswell sounds like the 'band' in the back is damaged (at least i think it's called that)Sanj will be along soon as he is pretty handy with this stuff

Smee,
x555 could be right here - there is a ribbon cable in the unit, that connects the sliding front unit to the pcb board in the back part of the main unit (where the tape goes). You can see it if you duck down and look up behind the unit as you press the Eject button.
This can sometimes get a bad contact. Or the brightness levels need to be set how you want them. Stick with the ribbon cable first.
Get the unit out, unclip the cables at the back, unscrew the top plate and get the cable off the connector and give that a good wipe. Then see if that does the trick.
If you search in this link I have better instructions on how to get the unit out, etc:
