I had that on my original steering wheel, as has my son, think it looks really good. My advice if you haven't done it before is watch some utube videos and Practice, practice, practice.
BTW (hope I don't get told of on here)I have had the airbag off several times and never disconnected the battery.

Notes from today about adjusting the handbrake - it's a PIA unless you have the right tools!!!!!

After a frustrating day I succumbed to spending brass - as a Yorkshire man it's a sin !!!!

First point the lock nuts are 9mm socket size, 12 Mm adjusters underneath.

You need hands like an elf to get your tools into the gap after pulling back the handbrake cover.

After F"'€$*ing around for an hour or two I bought screwfix 1/4 drive deep socket code 7555c, after which life got soooooooo simple!!!! ( albeit I'm still smarting from spending a tenner) a deep socket is essential, or maybe I'm an exception.

Off came the lock nut slacken of 12mm adjuster and follow instructions.... it worked a treat, handbrake now fully operational. I messed around a bit adjusting but all in all instructions were spot on.

I really like this forum it's a great place to get advice, hopefully this feedback will help someone.

Tomorrow will re dye the wear on the leather seat and clay and polish the car at last.

On the list then is re trim steering wheel and tints.

Your right, it's the hardest set up I've had and I've find it on plenty of cars.
