What is at Raj's... does he have a garage or a restaurant or some thing.
The ace 50's Diner at Swadlingcote on the M42 sounds like a good area & central for most... especially if some people have to travel a bit.... so it would be good to find a location that we could take a long afternoon at.
I will contact the diner & see if they have any objections to doing some extra trade..
I've read that Raj is a font of knowledge for these machines, & worth listening to, so maybe get some input from him also ?

I looked up this diner, it looks great - but is not on the M42. Its on John Street, Church Gresley, which is not too far from the M42 and Swadlincote, probably only a few minutes off the motorway.

I've been quite a few times. Well worth a drive, food is great.
Good authentic atmosphere too.

The meeting Raj was involved in was at RAF Cosford, well attended (even Sanj and Jeegnash was there).
Had a good time and food is /was available.

Hi Glen,
Not had a moment spare, but I will call the diner tomorrow/Saturday April 29th & see when is a good time & if they are happy having 20 X5s roll up in one go.
Re a previous post... re not knowing anybody here... me too.
It will be good to meet some of the names here, & one thing for sure is that the members all seem a decent bunch & keen to share / learn new things about these machines.
AND
it would be fab to see how others have solved some of the endlessly annoying things that go wrong with these X5 vehicles.

When?
At meet, yeah I will bring my Carly.
Before meet, if you're near Nottingham some time, no problems.
