Your X must just have gone into the new tax band - ouch. Mine sneaked in under Luckily and helped to pacify the purse control. Sounds a nice motor though mate. Enjoy

Have you seen the prises of a good clean E30 vert recently(especially the M-Tech)? :lol: If you can get one for a good prise then buy it as they keep on going up & up in value at the moment as they are now classic's! A nice E30 vert now a days goes for similar money to a E46 vert! 8-)

Yes I know what you mean, the lack of gooduns is easing the prices
Up, hence why I think it might be sensible to restore one and keep it
Fairly original with just period mods that can be reversed if necessary
And you know it won't be a rot box once it's welded up, painted, waxoiled
Etc, and you get to feel good about yourself for saving a classic!
