Update...

I picked the car up yesterday afternoon and it's epic.
I've never liked 4x4s as I'm far more into smaller rwd sports cars.

They don't do very well at carrying a family around though.

The X3 goes like absolute stink and the spec is superb.
Tt has the pro navigation package which I can't tell from the sales book, does it upgrade the speakers too? The volume and bass seem huge although i can't see many speakers!

It has the Internet option on the spec list.  It's past the 3 year period.  Is it worth re activating? What does it do?

Can anyone confirm the tyre pressures for 19" run flats? Google isn't giving me much confidence.  I found 32 front 35 rear which sounds too low to me?

Pro nav is a separate upgrade from the speakers. It gives you a larger display. Sounds like you may have the harmon kardon sound system upgrade I have, can easily check on the build using your VIN.

No idea on the internet.

RE the tyre pressure check your door..

Internet access via the iDrive.  Didn't renew mine.

Tyre pressures as above - usually on driver's side B-pillar, but not guaranteed.

There's nothing on the build paperwork that the dealer gave me regarding audio.
Must just be that 2012 bmw bog standard audio is light years ahead of 2001 Harmon kardon stuff. I can only see a big speaker on the dash and one on each door.  There must be more as it's really loud.

Re Internet... what did it do before you let the subscription run out? Can you use spotify and Google or is it just an extension of some services already built into the system? (like nav)

Nice car dude. The pro media you have will play DVD's or USB VIDEO files when the car is stationary.once in gear/moving, the screen blanks but audio continues.
As far as psi pressure
32 front
33 rear

I did try 34 front,36rear for a while, but the dealer put them down again when the car went in for a door seal replacement.

Buy yourself a compressor as runflats are more prone to punctures in my experience. If you keep them inflated (and save damaging the inner sidewalls) they can usually be repaired.

Already got one and stashed it in the boot hideaway panel.
Odd how I had the warning within the first 100 miles of picking it up but since adding some air and done 2k miles since, it's been faultless.

Any idea if it's DIYable to unluck it through the ODB port?

Yes, via coding, can be done in few minutes.
