Agreed with Petert on this one it was a minefield on the old forum
some had them some didn't but no definate conclusion......some even had scanners fitted in them james bond style
(SB are you still out there fella?)
@ sanj .. what's the red button for mate....is it an ejector seat one for Jig
and what do you mean getting old
Btw had this on my previous x (pre facelift) and it was handy but used by the missus more than me

Must be some magpie instict to collect options however ridiculous. Hard to believe that such a sad gadget provoked so much discussion

IT IS and ejector seat button (for Jig) - does my head in when we come to the meets!
One is the Snooper switch, the other my IR extender (stop PS2 function from little fingers in the back).

I had one of those sunglasses holders on my 3.0i.....it was one of the first facelifts and it had Bluetooth and full Comms pack / tv etc.And I actually used it for my sunglasses
I think ts the only gadget that ISN'T fitted on my 4.8is, and today I think I solved the mystery of the Missing Sunglasses Holders.....wait for it.....
Ford obviously commandeered all remaining stocks at some point, because one has appeared in my brand-new-delivered-last-night Kuga......in exactly the same installation area as the Xes were!!! So thats where they went!!!!!
