I know.....life is getting so difficult. Actually I'm just jealous coz it hasn't got quite enough range to commute with. Another 10-15 miles and I would very seriously consider one. :cry1: :cry1:
But then again you may be right. I am looking at buying a cheap Audi....a Skoda Superb Combi. :-[
Must be all this exposure to 535dboy that's done it. The horror. Must go and have a lie down... :doctor:
I promise to try and be nicer. :xmaskiss:

Ive noticed 535d being quite polite and courteous on the Leaf owners forum
Wonder how long that will last for, also not sure what sort of humour EV owners have! He will definitely offend over there no doubt...

I had three of the Mk1 Octavias between '98 and '05 and they were by a massive distance the most reliable cars I have ever owned, hence looking again. The earliest one was a bit basic but the last one was the L&K trim and was the only non-VAG UK owned one with satnav and memory seats. You get a lot of car for the money and given it's pretty much all VW/Audi tech, it should be reliable.
Some still look back at the old Rapides and Estelle's and shudder in horror (self included), but those days are long gone.
