yup... i'd to the same.
However... just FYI...
there are no. of agencies now in western/eastern Europe that purchase fines from local authorities/parking agencies etc. and work with courts to impose fines on drivers
. whether legitimate or not I do not know but friend recently got a letter for a fine he ignored to pay in Europe during summer holidays (non EU country). and it was delivered 6 months later 
. whether you'd like to call it desperation/austerity measures/effective ways of searching for drivers etc... but they somehow got access to his personal data and they were able to trace him [name and address]... beware :xmasgrin:.
