Not saying that it isn't so, but it would cost trade more than £22 to buy 4 litres, even in a 50 gallon drum I reckon the price would be more than £22 so that was very cheap, maybe cheap enough for me to maybe think it could be a bit suss?
For instance Mobil one is £24 plus vat supply to trade.
