BMW GB cars then?.....and that daily hire rate is excessive. I'm not surprised insurers kick when faced with that kind of charge, more so if there is a 10-day minimum processing time.
It can't take more than a couple of hours to check the damage and get a parts list together, another week to get the bits in from BMW - assuming they are in stock of course - and a week to put it together. So 10 days from end to end except in really bad smashes.
Some companies do take the Micky and perhaps it's past time that along with Ambulance chasing claim companies, the whole lot got banned! >:D
