"lane control" was the first thing to go off. Driving through country lane with that annoying buzzer going off all the time as you cross the centre of the road ... :'(

Sport mode is very, very jumpy - think 535dboy with a spanish pepper up his backside type jumpy. Does not make a nice driving experience, obviously I don't notice that in my manual 911 in sport mode as I decide when to change gear.

I took this car to Eastbourne today to a customer, even the sea gulls did not like it as they did not drop their loads on it.

I would thought at your age the gear changes were jumpy in your car too as you have no control over your different body parts.

It does look as if the dogs have had at it. Perhaps you should ask Santa for a new one? Of course, you may be on his naughty list, like Dboy!  ;)

That is the poverty spec bag to not upset the client too much during a meeting  :))

To be honest, don't use briefcases any more as 99.999% of the time I have a laptop with me which is the more fashionable Tumi.

Ah, the old 'hide the good stuff' trick. We have plumbers in for a quote so I parked the X6 round the corner in case they think we're loaded  :))

Slightly off topic, but then this is the way the threads going anyway!

Before buying my house, the wife and I looked at a number of houses that we liked but when we spoke to the agent after the viewing they said the seller wanted another 15-20%.  Someone then mentioned that turning up in the X5 wasn't a good idea, so the next house we visited we went in a 106 pug, funny enough we offered less and got it!

As for white cars, I had a Rover 216 Twin Cam 16v (with the Honda engine) in 91. I was 24 and loved the car, the colour was fine but now middle aged I do agree with 535dboy that white isn't for most.

Coming back on topic, the Macan gets great reviews and with the badge will always be a good seller but personally I'm not a fan of Porsche so will be very unlikely to ever have one.

Irrespective of that colour, I could not have that because of the massive Turbo lag. The same that the Range Rover seems to suffer from, it makes driving horrible.

On returning the car, will you mention your views to the sales guy?  It would be interesting to hear the dealers views on the lag.
