is there any air coming out of the EGR valve where you have taken the pipe off??

Might have been better to leave pipe on and crimp it??
If things were meant to be easy, then I will soon complicate them....
Please note...
Anything I say is only from my personal experience and knowledge..
I don't assume to know everything, and know there is a lot I don't know..
But then I could be talking bollox.. O:-)

No what I mean is think air is possibly seeping through the vacuum hose when it would normally suck to open the valve

Is it worthwhile regardless to close egr valve permanently? would save inlet manifold gunking up wouldn't it.  Im tempted to shut it permanently via ecu programming.  What are pro's and con's?

No idea of whether it's a good or bad thing to do

No 1 here is the PRESSURE CONVERTER which I believe there is another one just the same near the turbo

I think it has an air filter on it too from reading other threads....is the noise coming from this?
