Bluetooth music streaming

Has anyone been able to stream music from their iPhone to the F15 stereo via bluetooth? I can't seem to get it to work, it doesn't recognise my phone as a music source and now I'm thinking this may have been a optional extra and I didn't tick the box. I have a 500 GB harddrive full of music plugged into the USB port, but not being able to stream over bluetooth is annoying me...my Golf at less than half the price has this option as standard...

Is that not the Enhanced Bluetooth option @ £350

I've got the extended Bluetooth option but am still not able to stream from my iPhone , guess I'll get my dealers "genius" to give new some clues

Do you not just need to get your connected drive log in set up? I've been waiting for my log in codes for nearly 3 weeks, never waited this long before must be very busy at BMW tech support!

This probably doesn't help - but mine is working fine.

It streams from my iphone 5s whether in or out of the cradle and displays album art on the screen etc. I do have the enhanced bluetooth option though.
