Dear X drivers!!

im so glad i have found the site once again!, i used to own a 2002 e53 3,0d but sold it a few years ago as went into a company rep mobile, and i was a regular on the old site.

just purchased 2005 3.0d black/grey lthr, comms, pan roof and all the toys

and im so glad to be back in one.

have been trying to find you guys for the last few weeks and success at last.

first mod on my car is to get rid of the dark wood!!!! cant stand it, to pricey to go down the replacement way so thinking of wrapping in 3M in black piano.

dont tell me he is still raving about the dark wood!!!???? he must be the only one on this site.

i had the 02 x5 in silver- was not my first choice, i bought it without the comms pack, another compromise, no running boards and it had the dark wood, i regretted all these factors throughout my ownership so this time round i wanted to make sure i got everything, found the facelift, found it in black, with comms and every option ticked including pan roof,

Only compromise this time is the grey leather! and the wood!, dont mind the grey seats its just the bottom half of the grey dash which drives me crazy and the wood defo this time is getting changed, im not living with that, 3 diferent colours inside look messy i feel.

Oi !!!! My Le Mans 4.8is interior with its WOOD FINISH looks FANTASTIC.........what is wrong with wood?????? The silver finish etc looks quite cheap and nasty in comparison
