wheels & tyres

Hi to all, I was just looking at my local gumtree site and I came across a wet of wheels and tyres for my x5
the only thing if im not to sure if they would fit or be suitable any advice would be helpful, here is a bit of the write up,  Original bbs 18inch alloys split rims! Bmw fitment 225 40zr 18 Thanks in advance

18s on 225 40 will be for a 3 series, not an x5

X5 18's will have 255 55 18 tyres on.
