Has anyone on here had their 40d remapped by DMS?

Thinking about getting mine done, but I'll use Evolve.
They have a good name in the M tuning scene and are great guys.

Heard of them and also Simon (emaps) who is highly respected on BMWland.
Any idea how much evolve charge? DMS have quoted £700.

I had mine done by DMS. Very good and convenient as they came to my house.
Only issue was when I swapped to an identical car I called and asked for a price to remove from one car and put on the new (as Superchips do) , they never came back to me. Annoying as it is an expensive remap and to fall short on customer service is a cheap way to lose customers.
new car hasn't been mapped yet. The DMS map was awesome to drive, maybe I should give them another go!.

DMS cost more but used to (and may well still ) offer a warranty to cover any warranty repair work that BMW turn down.

[/quote]If you are going to use DMS I would first get a quote from Emaps and BWchiptune.
As I live near DMS I got them to quote the other day for my E70, first quote was a joke and then they came back with a price that was near the others.
I will probably use Jason at BWchiptune due to good reviews from other members and he isn't just a tuner, he works on BMW's as well.

I will probably use Jason at BWchiptune due to good reviews from other members and he isn't just a tuner, he works on BMW's as well.
