E70 Winter wheels / tyres for sale

Guys,
Just about cut a deal on a new 330d Xdrive MSport ,
Should close it out today,
On this basis I no longer require my winter set-up,
I bought them last October, new and covered approx 3500-4000 miles in them,

Purchased from Tyremen.co.uk
They are 18 Alutec wheels with Vredestein Wintrac 4 Extreme XL tyres,
Details from the WEB site;
Alutec 18" Design E
Offset: 45
PCD: 5 x 120
Inner rim diameter: 18 inches
Size: 8.5" x 18"
Fitment issues: no know issues
Suitable for: all X5 models 2007>

They are almost identical to the OEM 18" standard X5 SE alloys,

They cost me £1100,

Have you looked at deals on the 335d? Several people are reporting better discount and lower financing rates that on occasions have left a 335d cheaper than a 330d.

X5 to a 3 series is a big move, one that I am considering as I quite fancy a 335d Xdrive Touring but moving out of a great E70 is hard to do.

davyk31,,, hadn't looked at the 335d but have since enquired with the dealer  on the possibility and cost of upgrading, it does look a "no brainer" but I managed to get an unbelievable deal on the 330d so not sure what scope there is for pushing it a bit further,  in the reality the 330d will be more than sufficient for what I need, but temptation is never far away !!  The E70 is a great car and I will miss it but I am looking forward to getting back into a proper drivers car, I had a330d coupe a few years back and it was a brilliant car so I know what I am giving up and what to expect with the new one,

Have I seen you over in the F30post forum ??

CR55 - yes 'm resident over on E90post and F30post, probably more on F30 now as its a decent crowd of guys there.

I'm in the process of looking at deals on both the new X5 40d and the 335d Touring ........ too many decisions!!

Are you putting winter tyres on the 330d xdrive?

Yep, on the lookout, a few options on eBay, but a bit limited as I need 18's due to the Msport plus pack and bigger brakes,, I see a few members have bought wheels from gpla1168  but the last few remaining sets he has I am not keen on, would prefer 397's or square 400m, I have asked the dealer for options and discounted prices but as yet nothing,
