Correct oil

I've just seen this on amazon Valvoline 1830146 18367 Synpower XL-III SAE 5 W-30 4 L for £31.80 just checking this is the correct oil seems very cheap(I think tell me if I'm wrong) any thoughts.

2004 x5 3.0d.

It says it meets BMW LL04 according to the manufacturers website so it should be OK.
